How We'll Create a Garden That Fits Your Real Life

Week 1: Build Your Personalized Plan (60–90-minute Zoom call)

We'll start with what you want from your garden, what you actually eat, and the space, time, and energy you have to work with. Then we'll choose what makes sense to grow for your climate and season and create a personalized plan for your garden.

Week 2: Decide What to Grow + Where It Goes (1-hour Zoom call)

We'll turn your goals into a practical garden layout, deciding what to grow, how much you need, and where everything will go so you're making the most of the space you have without trying to grow everything at once.

Week 3: Create Your Planting Plan (1-hour Zoom call)

We'll map out when and how to plant your garden based on your climate and the time of year. You'll know what to start from seed, what to direct sow or buy as transplants, and what needs to happen now versus later.

Week 4: Create a Garden Routine You Can Actually Keep Up With (1-hour Zoom call)

We'll create a realistic plan for watering, feeding, maintenance, and other regular garden tasks so you know what your garden needs each week without feeling like you have to be out there every day.

Week 5: Troubleshoot + Adjust (1-hour Zoom call)

We'll work through what's happening in your garden right now—whether that's seedlings, planting, watering, pests, growth issues, or preparing for the season ahead—and make adjustments to your plan as needed.

Week 6: Build Your Roadmap Forward (1-hour Zoom call)

We'll bring everything together and create a clear plan for what comes next. You'll know what to focus on, what to watch for, and how to keep moving your garden toward harvest after our six weeks together.

Email Support Between Calls

Gardening doesn't always wait for our next Zoom call. You'll have email support throughout the six weeks, so when questions or problems come up, you don't have to figure everything out on your own.

This program is for you if:

✔️ You've always wanted a garden but aren't sure where to start with your specific space.

✔️ You've tried gardening before and want to understand what went wrong—and what to do differently.

✔️ You're already growing food but want an experienced second set of eyes on your garden.

✔️ You'd love a personalized plan for what to plant, when to plant it, and how to make it work for your space, your schedule, and your family.

✔️ You're ready to grow fresh food this fall and want someone to guide you every step of the way.

More than 20 years ago, a health crisis completely changed the way I thought about food. Since then, knowing where at least some of my food comes from has become deeply important to me.

Over the years, there have been countless times when I've been grateful to walk outside and harvest fresh lettuce for a salad, clip herbs for dinner, or pick vegetables I'd grown myself. I don't grow everything we eat, but growing even a little of our own food has given me a greater connection to what we eat and the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly where some of it came from.

I've also learned that the hardest part usually isn't growing the food. It's figuring out what to do next without making gardening feel like another overwhelming thing on your to-do list.

You can find gardening information almost anywhere, including YouTube, AI, books, and blogs. What you can't find in those places is an actual human to sit down with you, answer your questions, and walk through your garden with you. Someone you can email when you're worried about something instead of spending the evening second-guessing yourself or searching for answers that may or may not apply to your situation.

That's why I created this program.

I want to help you skip the overwhelm of trying to figure everything out on your own and experience the simple joy of stepping outside to harvest fresh food you've grown yourself.

Because once you experience that for the first time, you'll never look at food the same way again.

 A note from Cortney:

I know how overwhelming it can feel to look at your yard and wonder where to begin.

I've gardened through very different seasons of life, and one thing I've learned is that the hardest part usually isn't growing the food. It's creating a garden you can realistically keep up with, so it becomes something that adds to your life instead of one more thing competing for your time.

That's exactly what this program is for.

I'd love to help you build a fall garden that fits your space, your schedule, and the way you want to grow.

See you soon,

– Cortney
